Post-Construction Cleaning
The last step before anyone moves in. Drywall dust, stickers, paint and mud off every surface, from light fixtures and outlets down to the insides of cabinets and closets.
Builders and remodelers are good at building. The final cleaning is a different job, and a basic sweep-out leaves dust on every ledge in the building. New owners and tenants expect a new space to look new.
We clean after new construction and remodels for homes, offices and stores. That means the obvious surfaces and the places people forget, like the backs of closets, the tops of shelves and the inside of every drawer, because construction dust gets everywhere.

What sets the price
Post-construction cleaning is priced by square footage and by how much dust and debris the build left. We are happy to walk the site with the contractor before quoting.

After the trades are finished and before the final walkthrough or move-in. If a trade has to come back afterward, a quick touch-up clean is usually enough.
We remove the trash and the dust and residue left from the work. Large debris such as lumber and drywall offcuts is usually the contractor's haul.
