• Trash emptied, bins washed as needed, new liners in
• Hard surfaces damp-wiped with a mild disinfectant

• Brass and brightwork polished
• Walls and painted surfaces cleaned as needed
• Main entrance door wiped down

Restrooms

• Toilets and urinals disinfected
• Counters and sinks washed and disinfected
• Faucets cleaned and polished
• Mirrors and light fixtures cleaned
• Soap, paper towels and toilet paper refilled
• Partitions, knobs and doors wiped down
• Hard water stains taken off shower glass where there is one
• Floors swept and mopped, trash emptied

What sets the price

Commercial cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough, because square footage, restroom count, traffic and frequency all change the job. We will walk the space with you and put the scope in writing.
