Corvallis, from campus rentals to the hills.

Corvallis is about twenty minutes west of Albany on Highway 20. The work here looks different from Albany because Oregon State University shapes so much of the town.

A big share of Corvallis housing is rented to students and university staff, and those leases turn over around the end of the school year. That makes move-out cleaning the service to know about in Corvallis.

Rentals near campus, family homes up the hill

Near campus and downtown you find older houses split into rentals, duplexes and apartment complexes. Up in Timberhill, Witham Hill and the northwest side the houses are newer and larger, with more bathrooms, more glass and bigger kitchens. A student rental move-out and a Timberhill deep clean are two different jobs, and we quote them that way.

The end of the school year

When leases end in late spring and summer, landlords and tenants all need a clean at the same time, and the walkthrough dates do not move. If you are a property manager with several units turning over, call early and we can plan the order with you.

What makes sense in Corvallis

Move-out cleaning and carpet cleaning together cover a rental turnover. Families in the hills tend to want deep cleans and regular plans.

• Move In / Move Out Cleaning: Inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers, plus tracks, sills and baseboards. For renters chasing a deposit, sellers getting ready to list and owners between tenants.
• Carpet Cleaning: Pre-vacuum, stain pre-treatment, hot water extraction and grooming, for homes and offices. Pet odor and stain treatment is part of it.
• Deep Cleaning: Ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors, blinds, baseboards and the crevices of the couch. This is the reset for a house that has gotten away from you.
