Carpet Cleaning

Carpet holds more than it shows. Traffic lanes, pet accidents and the grit people track in all winter end up deep in the fibers, and vacuuming only reaches the top of them.

We clean with hot water extraction, which injects cleaning solution into the fibers and pulls it straight back out along with the dirt. We do it in houses, apartments, rentals and commercial spaces, and we treat pet odor and stains as their own step instead of hoping the extraction gets them.

How we clean a carpet

• Walk the carpet first and note stains, traffic lanes and odor spots
• Pre-vacuum to pull up loose dirt and debris
• Pre-treat stains and spots with a solution matched to what caused them
• Hot water extraction across the whole carpet
• Groom the fibers so they dry evenly and lay flat
• Speed up drying so you can walk on it sooner
• Final walkthrough before we call it done
• Stain protection afterward, if you ask for it

What sets the price

Carpet cleaning is priced by the rooms or square footage and by how much stain and odor work is needed. Pet urine that has soaked into the pad takes more than a surface clean, and we will tell you that honestly before we start.
