Move-out cleans are priced by the size of the home and its condition, and carpet cleaning can be added to the same visit. Tell us your move-out date and your landlord's checklist if you have one, and we will quote against it.

Yes. Tell us the date the keys are due and we will schedule the clean after the truck is loaded and before the walkthrough. Last-minute jobs happen, so call (541) 905-8693 even if it is short notice.
Yes. We do carpet cleaning with hot water extraction, and pairing it with the move-out clean saves a second appointment.
It works best empty, because we clean inside cabinets, closets and appliances. If a few things are still there, let us know and we will work around them.
