We start by looking at the floor, what it is made of and how it gets used, and then pick the method. Tile and grout get a deep scrub. Vinyl and VCT floors in stores and offices get stripped of the old finish and waxed again. Concrete gets cleaned with methods that suit it.

Floor care is priced by square footage and material. Stripping and waxing a store floor is a different job from scrubbing a bathroom's grout, so we look at the floor before quoting.
