Most people who call us for house cleaning are not behind because they are messy. They are behind because work, kids and the drive home eat the week. We set up a plan around the size of your house, how you use it and how often you want us there, and then we keep showing up.
A regular visit covers the rooms you live in every day. We dust, vacuum, mop, clean the kitchen and bathrooms, take out the trash and wipe down the things people touch all day. If there is a room you want skipped or a spot that needs extra time, tell us once and we will remember it.
What a regular visit covers
- Dusting furniture, shelves and other surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping hard floors
- Mopping and sanitizing hard floors
- Kitchen counters, sink and the outside of appliances
- Dishes, if you want them done
- Bathrooms: sinks, counters, mirrors, toilets, showers and tubs
- Making beds and straightening linens
- Emptying and relining trash cans
- Window sills and glass you can reach
- Disinfecting door handles, switches and other high-touch spots
- Cobwebs in corners and along ceilings
When a regular plan makes sense
- Weekends keep going to chores instead of the things you meant to do.
- You have pets, and the fur wins by Wednesday.
- Someone in the house has allergies and the dust matters.
- You want the house to stay at the level a deep clean got it to.
What sets the price
House cleaning is priced by the size of the home, how often we come and what shape it is in on the first visit. A first visit usually takes longer than the ones after it. Call or send the form and we will give you a free estimate before anything is booked.
